Brands we service in Escondido
One phone number, four professional lines, and an Escondido kitchen that almost always holds at least two of them.
The pattern in this valley is consistent enough to plan a van around. Sub-Zero refrigeration paired with Wolf cooking is the common suite, usually a built-in or a PRO 48 with a range or a pair of wall ovens across from it, and a wine column somewhere off the kitchen. Viking tends to arrive as a single heavy range in a kitchen otherwise fitted with something else. Thermador shows up where the whole suite was specified together, cooking and refrigeration from one line, panel and code system included. Downtown, near Grape Day Park and the transit center, the mix shifts toward equipment that has to survive a service shift rather than a dinner party.
What ties the four brands together here has nothing to do with badges. Every one of them puts a condenser behind a grille, and dry hillside air loads all of them at the same rate. Every cavity, whether Wolf, Viking or Thermador, has to reject its own heat into a kitchen that has been gaining temperature since noon. Every ice maker, steam oven and dishwasher is fed by water that carries enough mineral content to narrow a fill tube or fur a screen over a couple of seasons. Different manufacturers, one environment, and it decides which parts we carry into Escondido.
Sub-Zero
Built-in refrigeration, freezer columns, wine storage and undercounter units — the line we work on most.
Wolf
Dual-fuel and gas ranges, wall ovens and cooktops. Ignition, temperature drift and convection faults.
Viking
Professional ranges and built-in refrigeration. Glow-bar igniters and oven thermostats are the common wear points.
Thermador
Ranges, induction cooktops, wall ovens and refrigeration columns — the most electronics of the lines we service.
Cove & other premium lines
We also repair Miele, Bosch, GE Monogram, Dacor and Gaggenau equipment in these kitchens.
Reviews
The freezer column started frosting over again a couple of weeks after I scraped it out, and there was a rattle from the grille as well. Defrost heater and a condenser fan, both done in one visit. Fast, tidy, explained what he was doing.

Our place in Old Escondido has a kitchen that was redone around the refrigerator, and there was never any actual water underneath, just a chalky ring on the tile I kept wiping off. Frozen defrost drain. He cleared it and showed me where it had been running behind the toe kick.

Everything I baked wanted another twenty minutes and I was ready to price a new range. He put a probe on the middle rack, showed me the oven sitting way under the setting, and replaced the sensor. Bread came out right that night for the first time in a year.
